Gil has been training in Muay Thai/Kickboxing since 2008, has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has competed since age 13 in multiple martial arts.
Neveen Sanchez
Owner
Neveen has been training in Muay Thai/Kickboxing since 2001, has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has over 20 fights in the ring.
James Contreras
Coach
James has 45+ yrs of martial arts training and competition – Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, plus a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Michael Mims
Coach
Michael has been coaching kickboxing since 2014 and is well-versed in TRX, HIIT and Cross Training. His goal is to teach the fun and importance of staying fit.
Kenneth Cox

Kenneth, a jiu jitsu black belt, has been training/competing since 2013…teaching kids since he was a purple belt. His classes are fun, safe and instill confidence.
Bryan Flores

Bryan is a certified trainer with a background in kickboxing, Kung Fu and Muay Thai. His love of flexibility and movement make his classes stand out.
David Delgado

David is a local to the South Bay and is a GKG staple. Years of Muay Thai/boxing training makes him well suited to motivate and maximize skills in every workout.
Jeremy Brown

Jeremy has been kickboxing since 2016. His classes are about gaining power and technique. He knows it takes time and enduring will-power to achieve fitness goals.
GKG has helped me pursue many personal goals. The kickboxing and combat classes teach me technique and build endurance. The personal training allows me to hone skills and improve fitness. And the community at GKG is a home where I feel welcome, and where working to get stronger and healthier is an easy decision and exciting to do.

What a wonderful new facility! The classes are challenging, but so much fun and the instructors are top notch. They constantly motivate me to try my hardest. The location is convenient and parking is plentiful.
GKG has a chill and supportive vibe and is great for all levels of fitness. The members are very friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. I like that each class/instructor is a little different in style and that Gill is available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place.
