What Makes GKG Kickboxing

GKG exists for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead our members through high energy workouts that always bring the heat. Everyone is trained as an athlete no matter their age or current conditioning. We value our members. GKG strives to be your workout place of choice when it comes to achieving personal fitness. Unlimited Classes
With membership comes unlimited class time. Challenge yourself to workouts weekly or daily. Come as often as you like.

With private training you receive the workout tailored to your specific needs and skill level. One-on-one training is the best way to get to the next level.

Kickboxing/Boxing
Our 60-minute kickboxing/boxing classes focus on all aspects of fitness. Starting with striking combinations, you will learn a variety of attacks, demonstrated and explained by the coach. Between rounds are body-weight exercises for strength and endurance. Workouts can be modified to match your abilities. No matter your level, you can do this workout!
Strap Kickboxing
This is a hybrid class in which we use suspension straps for muscle endurance training combined with kickboxing. The suspension straps target specific muscle groups. The kickboxing helps to keep you moving to maintain high energy. This is a great class to challenge strength, balance and endurance.
GKG Training Camp
(GKG Training Camp membership only) This workout's focus is on strength training, muscle endurance and overall body symmetry. It combines weights, machines and exercise equipment and is done under the supervision of a GKG professional coach. You will train like an athlete and feel like a champion.
Art Of 8 Muay Thai
Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs. Learn the fundamentals of striking using hands, elbows, knees and shins creating a very complete martial art. Enhance your skills in a safe and controlled environment. This class is for all levels of fitness and experience but is limited to ages 13 and above.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling martial art focusing on controlling a resisting opponent. Learn takedowns, throws, trips, sweeps and how to control somebody on the ground. Develop a series of submissions that are extremely valuable and effective. This class is for ages 15 and above.
Kids Class
This class combines circuit training using workout equipment and kickboxing in order to train just like athletes. We teach respect, discipline, team work and of course technical kickboxing. Age group is 7-12 years old. The class is 45 minutes long.
1-On-1 Training
Achieve your fitness goals and improve your technique more quickly with our 1-on-1 training. Whether you want to build muscle, focus on skills training, lose weight or just get in shape, our coaches will help you achieve long-lasting results that go well beyond the gym.

Coaches

GKG’s coaches are some of the best martial arts instructors out there. They are accomplished kickboxers and passionate about coaching. They care about you no matter your skill or level of fitness. They take pride in coaching and will inspire you to achieve your goals and become the champion you want to be. After just a few classes, you will notice an increase of strength, poise and confidence that will continue outside the walls of the gym.

Gil Sanchez

Owner

Gil has been training in Muay Thai/Kickboxing since 2008, has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has competed since age 13 in multiple martial arts.

Neveen Sanchez

Owner

Neveen has been training in Muay Thai/Kickboxing since 2001, has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has over 20 fights in the ring.

James has 45+ yrs of martial arts training and competition – Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, plus a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Michael has been coaching kickboxing since 2014 and is well-versed in TRX, HIIT and Cross Training. His goal is to teach the fun and importance of staying fit.

Kenneth, a jiu jitsu black belt, has been training/competing since 2013…teaching kids since he was a purple belt. His classes are fun, safe and instill confidence.
